Here are some examples of the programmes we offer based on the lengthy and varied experience of coaches within the network. Elements of these programmes apply to individual, business and corporate coaching:

While we’ve structured our programmes as individual, business and corporate, a corporate client may also benefit from our business and individual programmes and our business clients may also benefit from our individual programmes.

Individual

Ad Hoc Coaching

Some clients like a programme that enables them to contact their coach on an ad hoc basis when they need them, for example when they need to rehearse or prepare for a key meeting, a complex decision or work through a strategy. This programme gives them guaranteed access to their coach when needed.

Quarterly Check Up

This is where the client has a quarterly ‘check up’ meeting to review where they are with their objectives and plan both the next quarter and confirm their longer term direction. They have guaranteed access to their coach between times.

1: 1 NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Coach Practitioner Programmes

These programmes normally last for six months and enable the client to learn and practice advanced communication, leadership, planning  and coaching skills in the context of what they want to achieve. Programmes are certified by NLP Co Creator Richard Bandler and the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Senior Mentoring Programme

Some clients like a fortnightly or monthly meeting (face to face or skype) to discuss and explore whatever is on their mind at that time. The conversation are free flowing and go where ever is useful for the client.

Business

MGSCC Team Coaching

This is normally a year long programme with a MGSCC certified team coach to develop a high performance team. The programme is run on a “No Gain, No Fee” basis, provided you implement the programme as initially agreed. You only pay at the end of the programme if the team has improved in the areas chosen, determined by a confidential and independent survey of the team. This can be run as part of a culture change programme.

“Buddy” Team Coaching

This is normally a continuation of the MGSCC team coaching programme after the year long programme and can be run by one of your own facilitators.

1:1 NLP Business Practitioner and Business Master Practitioner Programme

These programmes build on our certified practitioner programmes and are designed to further increase your leadership, sales, presentation and influencing skills as required. Programmes are certified by NLP Co Creator Richard Bandler and the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Corporate

Coaching Consultancy and Research

We can help you set up your coaching programme and support you with 360 feedback to ensure you’re addressing areas that will give you the investment return you need. We can them help you with as much of the running and measurement of the programme as you need.

This is normally a year long programme with a MGSCC certified leadership coach to develop a high performance leaders. “International” MGSCC Team Coaching

This is normally a year long programme with a MGSCC certified team coach to develop a high performance team who work in different locations. The programme is run on a “No Gain, No Fee” basis, provided you implement the programme as initially agreed. You only pay at the end of the programme if the team has improved in the areas chosen, determined by a confidential and independent survey of the team. This can be run as part of a culture change programme.

International “Buddy” Team Coaching

This is normally a continuation of the International MGSCC team coaching programme after the year long programme and can be run by one of your own facilitators.
