We offer a no-charge, three-session discovery phase for all programmes. This structured, feedback-informed leadership conversation helps clarify priorities, risks, and direction before any coaching or training commitment is made.
The discovery phase exists to reduce risk — for you and for us — before any coaching or training commitment is made.
The same discovery structure underpins both executive coaching and 1:1 training; what differs is the context, focus, and demands of the work itself. You can test us out before deciding how to proceed.
From there, leaders move into the programme that best fits their goals, situation, and level of challenge.

About Michael
Michael Beale, Founder of Executive Coaching Global
In 2000, Michael Beale was Strategy Development Manager for a £1bn business unit at BT plc. He observed that some executive coaches and consultants produced consistently strong results — while others did not. This led him to establish his own company to model and develop the techniques used by the most effective coaches and organisational change agents.
Michael specialises in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coaching and is a certified leadership and team coach. He was also a Richard Bandler–accredited NLP trainer for 20 years before establishing his own 1:1 NLP certification programme.
As a member of the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coaching network, Michael can also introduce clients to leading MGSCC coaches worldwide.
